In March 2021, Nikola Melnikov (Russia) recorded a special DJ set on the sandy bay on Lake Baikal, near the “Cormorant Stone”. Before that, Melnikov had traveled a long way from the island of Olkhon on air cushion ships. It was this journey that inspired his selections for this very special set.
The result is an exceptional video in which the tracks compiled by Nikola Melnikov with spherically driving electronic soundscapes harmonise perfectly with the ruggedly beautiful landscape at Siberian Lake Baikal. Music and visions as from another planet, as you have never seen before.
